6 wks today I’m concerned

So yesterday I wiped and had light light red blood but then nothing today I’ve started to have cramping not severe but they come and go most on left side but some on both. This picture sorry to be graphic but is what happens if I stick the toilet paper inside of if I wipe there is barely anything should I be concerned? I told my ongyn and they moved up my ultrasound to Monday rather then Wednesday this is my second but I’m 39 and truly did t think I could get pregnant again! Prayers and help please
