Miscarriage

I should be 7 weeks today, but I had spotting last Saturday night that turned into bleeding with clots. I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks due to pain and they confirmed what looked like a sac starting out. They said I had a sub chronic hemorrhage as well. My hcg was rising and on Sunday I went in for bleeding and my hcg was 7592. On Thursday I went for ultrasound and bloodwork, ultra sound showed a sac measuring 5w4d and my hemorrhage was gone. They figured that’s where the bleeding was coming from but I got my hcg levels back and from Sundays 7592, Thursdays was only 8240. I’m supposed to go back in a week for another ultrasound but I think I just had a miscarriage :/
