TTC VITAMINS/SUPPLEMENTS
I was diagnosed with PCOS a months ago and I’ve been TTC for 4 months now with no luck. After tracking, I can tell that I do ovulate but I can’t get anything to stick. I’m trying to lower my DHEA and manage insulin resistance. So far I’ve started taking vitamin E, fish oil, prenatals, and ashwaganda. I’m consulting with my doctor about taking inositol since I’m also on a GLP-1 but I’d love to hear any success stories with that. Also if anyone has any recommendations to add to the list, it’s much appreciated! I’ve noticed an improvement with my mood after only starting these this month, so I’m hopeful for a sticky bean!
