It’s my first pregnancy after 3 years had one miscarriage before and this time I am having few  pre placental haemorrhages. Has anyone experienced it?

You posted this somewhere else too. We can’t tell gender by this photo. This is 12 weeks gestation we would need to see the “potty shot” to help you. 
As for the hemorrhage, I had a SCH at 6 weeks. It was gone after a few weeks. My advice to you is to relax and rest. Don’t do any strenuous activities and just allow your body to rest.
