Back pain and cramps a week before period

I’m so sick of this! Ever since being PP and TTC, I now get cramps and back pain a whole week before my period! Before having my son, I would cramp just the day before my period would arrive so it’s really messing with me that it is happening a week before when all I want to do is be pregnant again!! Every time I feel the cramps a week before my period I know it means I’m out since it’s now become my regular. Has anyone experienced pains and ended up being pregnant?
