Is anyone able to lose wight simply by eating healthier and walking more?
I want to lose weight slowly and steadily to keep it off, 10-15 pounds, but I need people's advice on portioning and making things less complicated while still nourishing my body with enough nutrition. I'm not counting calories but I do try to track what I eat and keep a basic food journal. Have any of you had success doing this? I can't do any extreme deficits or workouts because my cortisol levels were too high for so long. Again, counting calories is not an option for me
