I just moved this weekend in with my bf. I’ve been sick with a cold all during the move. My job knows I moved. This morning, I went to work for one hour. Mind you, I work with patients, in an OR with obviously a sterile field. During the first hour of work, (I wore a mask btw), my nose kept running and I kept sneezing. I kept having to step out. I told my boss I had to go home. She didn’t even say feel better, she even said it’s up to me if I wanna stay lol (?) but she was definitely pissed bc they’re short staffed and me leaving fucks them over. I’m just worried they’re gonna think I’m lying bc I want to go to my new apartment or something. Im worried I’ll get fired over this.
