My husband and I have 2 boys and we were not planning on having another baby. Usually we are on pills but I was stressed out so we added condoms to the mix and I got off the pill because I was just slipping and forgetting to take it. Now we are pregnant!

When I told him he thought am joking and even told me I just spoilt his day. He encouraged me to buy the test as I have been telling him how am late. My heart was racing before the test and this is the first time I was not just happy about the results. We honestly don’t know what went wrong because as far as we remember, we were very careful. Anyway now we laugh about it a bit but my whole world and plans just changed! I know I will be happy to have this baby later but It’s been 2 hours since confirming. I had other plans and I know a hard phase is a head of me. Am still breastfeeding, my hips, back and knees hurt from carrying my toddler and I had gestational diabetes in the previous pregnancy and it was terrible, I really need tips on how to avoid this at all cost. I wasn’t ready for a child even physically, mentally and financially. Encouragement is much welcomed.
