Pregnancy friendly workouts?
After my two babies I lost 100 lbs (I was bigger before them, so not just baby weight..) and I’ve been doing Pilates, hot yoga, barre, CrossFit.. I’m wondering if anyone has gone through a pregnancy with these type of workouts and how you had to modify? Is it realistic to think I could keep going?
We are just beginning the talks about a maybe baby #3, and I’m terrified of putting the weight back on!!
