Just expressing my deep frustration with my PCOS (newly diagnosed). These are my test from yesterday and today. Looks like I'm still trying to get a surge. Though I had intense cramping today and my CM has changed to thick and white, which usually means I've ovulated. Is it possible to have cramping and not ovulate??

I didn't have these kinds of tests before my two prior pregnancies, this is new and frustrating!!
