I had a cycle September 27th -October 1st. Yesterday I woke up having bad cramps in my lower stomach and back. Then started brown spotting off and on yesterday and today and occasional cramps today. I took a test it was positive. I would only be like 3 weeks but idk what do yall think? Also I breastfeed my son
