When do you announce to other children

I have a 3 year old and wondering when I should tell him. He is getting suspicious and asking me questions.

We took our 3 year old to our first appointment (9weeks) he got to see and talk to baby on the ultrasound.

We told our 3yr old after a few weeks of finding out. Its more of us teaching her to be gentle with mommy's tummy right now, but shes already picking it up a little that there's a baby in there. Shes been curious and asking some questions. We plan on taking her with us to the 1st ultrasound so she can see the baby and hopefully understand it a little better. Youll know what works for your little one :)

Ive already told mine. 7yr asked me randomly. Hes excite. Second 4yr doesnt understand but im teaching him to be gentlewith me already.
