So I been married for almost 8 yrs

I was 21 and our sex life was GREAT but as I had my kids (3) our sex life has not been great as it used to ... And now im only horney only when Im on my period .... other than that Im not .... We have had our ups and downs in our marriage but more downs than ups 🥺 ... Would it mean that there is something with me 😰or its the change in my life as I get older now im about to be 29 😭
