Sorry for the long post! I’m just curious if anyone else has ever dealt with anything similar. A couple years ago I started getting really horrible breakouts on my thighs. I would get pimples all over with actual whiteheads. I tried all sorts of OTC acne stuff and nothing helped. I asked doctors and dermatologists and just kept getting told it was normal and just acne, which I have a hard time believing. When it was at it’s very worst (leg pictured below) I finally had a doctor that at least wrote me a prescription for clindamycin which, after a month or two finally cleared it up. With the exception of a couple mild outbreaks, I haven’t dealt with it since!

Fast forward to tonight, I felt one tender spot on my back, felt around and noticed a few more. I asked my husband if they were pimples or bug bites and he said they had whiteheads on them. Then I realized there was a ton of them all over my back. They came on almost like a rash because they were not there this morning when I got dressed. The back pictures below are after my husband popped some of the whiteheads for me. I showered after and had him apply the clindamycin for me which I will keep doing.

It’s just weird though. I am a very hygienic person. I shower daily with a mild/unscented soap and a clean washcloth, wash my sheets weekly, use unscented detergents for my clothes and I always shower immediately after working out. No major changes to my routine/habits/lifestyle and there is no reasonable explanation as to what would have triggered this!

Has anyone else dealt with something similar? I’m just OVER it!!
