How long would you date someone for without a proposal or marriage before you leave? Previously I was in a six year relationship that I feel like wasted a lot of my time but was a lesson of course. I am now in an almost five year relationship and I’ve expressed I don’t want to just be a girlfriend forever( we live together and have a child) and five years is my cut off. He constantly says he wants to marry me or brings up in convo how he’s looked at rings but there’s never a follow thru
