Baby in kids room?

Was done having kids but then got a surprise baby on the way. I have 2 boys 5&2. they share a room and decker bed as I decided to give out my crib and just let my toddler grow into the bunker. Now I suddenly need baby things again. I can’t move into a bigger house. Do I put the baby in the kids room or my room? Any suggestions are welcome.

Your room for at least 1 year. Then reevaluate between 1-2 for when sleep schedules work better.

I got a mini pack and play and the baby sleeps in that in my room. Smaller than a crib so if space is an issue. My 3 boys are in a triple bunk bed. Put the little one on the bottom between 1.5-2, my other boys were 5 and 7
