sleeping tips while pregnant
I’m currently 38+2, & haven’t really been able to get any good sleep for a while now. I honestly don’t know what else to do & im struggling really bad. I’m trying not to complain about being pregnant because this is a gift & something that I didn’t think I would get to experience but it’s just getting to me. I have a pregnancy pillow & it’s not helping as well as 3 other pillows & I just can’t get comfortable. I try to take showers before bed to relax everything, have started eating dinner earlier to prevent heartburn & let the food digest properly, have tried spraying my pillows with lavender sleep spray & nothing has worked. Does anyone have any tips on what I could do?
