I think I had a miscarriage?

I’m Rh- trying to conceive…today I passed a larger clear sac. My period started yesterday but three days prior I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating cramps that I can only compare to my “spontaneous miscarriage” from 14 years ago. I’ve never had this happen since. I know I should probably go to a doctor but I need insight first. Thank you.

It doesn’t sound like a miscarriage. Probably just a clot or uterine lining

If you hadn’t confirmed pregnancy with a test then I wouldn’t think to this extent

You wouldn’t pass a sac or fetus until after 5 weeks along. You would still test positive if it was a miscarriage.
