CAN SOMEONE TELL ME IF THIS IS A PIMPLE OR OUTBREAK?

Hey yall I have never had an outbreak before but I know I am HSV2 positive. I just got this today. I was wearing some shorts with no underwear today which cause some friction and sweat. Can someone let me know if this is an outbreak or if it’s just a pimple. I did try to pop it so that’s why it looks like that. It’s on the side of my vagina almost near my butt.
