Implantation bleeding??

OK, so apparently my cycle was supposed to come on Wednesday, but I thought it came on Monday which I did bleed Monday and my period normally last for three -four days but the next day all I did was spot I wore a pad all day and it was nothing but a few drops of bleeding and pink when I wipe I changed that pad tht night still the same thing the next morning, and then the third day it bleed just a little bit and it was gone now the past weekend I have been having mild cramping ..any suggestions? Or if I’m allowed to even discuss this in this group? Could it be implantation bleeding? The weekend of the fifth through the sixth I was having real bad headaches that would last a couple hours.
