ideas?

Any ideas on how to get this baby out??? she is at 39 weeks and 3 days, and im at almost 40 weeks. im scared to have a big baby and i have tried just about everything! She isnt budging! At the moment she has been causing me joint pains, feels like she is up against my joints in my legs and it makes it to where i cannot move! I have 4 other children that came out so much easier and thought this one was going to be easy too as its my 5th kid. Anyway, does anyone have anymore ideas i can try??
