Is it weird to be on bc and still take plan b?

I take pills for birth control (the ones that are safe while breastfeeding). I take them everyday at night, but not at the same time, it’s always between 9-11pm ( I have an alarm but if I’m busy bathing the kids or out at the store I snooze it until I get home to take it.) is the time difference bad in the event I may get pregnant because of that?

And even tho I am on bc I still make my husband “pull out” because I am just that paranoid… last night he didn’t pull out and now here I am paranoid and thinking I need to go get the morning after pill.
