Heart Palpitations?

For the past few days I have been having heart palpitations. Not constantly, but at least a few times throughout the day. It’s starting to freak me out. I do have anxiety, but many times when it happens, I’m not feeling anxious in that moment. I’ll just be reading a book or scrolling through social media, feeling calm, and I start to get these flutters in my chest. I’ve seen a lot of people say they get palpitations when they’re pregnant, but I doubt I am because my period just ended and the flutters were already going on while I was still actively bleeding. I did read that the changes in hormones from your cycle can cause them though - does anyone get heart palpitations just from their hormones fluctuating throughout their cycle? Thanks for the input!
