Does anyone know what those white round things are in my mri?

It’s hard to figure out from the angle this image has been posted. I cannot tell if it is a sagital or coronal. It’s is surely not an axial. Also, my dear, it is hard to figure out such thing with just a single picture. It will be more helpful if image was scrollable in different viewing planes, to figure out where in the pelvis it is located? Where is its orientation? 
I am sorry, some answers are hard to figure out with just a single picture of a very complex modality.
I hope your doctor can provide your some answers asap to put your mind to ease.
