Am I crazy?

I have been with my boyfriend almost 7 months. He has two kids with his ex. 8 year old daughter. 11 year old son. Him and his ex have this friend and he decided to stay friends with both of them after they split. I've met him and he gives me the weirdest vibe. My boyfriend and his ex let's their son spend the night at his home and honestly if he wasn't so weird I wouldn't see an issue. He's always having this 11 year old sit on his lap. He's not family. Just a family friend. Every time he comes over to hang out with my boyfriend or say they are going to hang out he stays for 10 minutes then asks if his son can come spend the night. I've noticed any time my boyfriends says no he has school or something this friend gets upset and keeps pushing it. He was over recently because my boyfriend dwas BBQing. We were having a good time. My boyfriends son for some reason decided not to pee in the bathroom and go to the side of the house to pee and missed so badly it go over his pants which my boyfriend yelled at him for and told him to go in the bathroom to pee. Don't pee outside and sent him inside to change. He went in the shower and as I'm walking down the hall the family friend is trying to open the bathroom door. I yelled hey and he said he was sorry. He has ADHD and was zoned out. Wasn't paying attention. He just needed to go to the bathroom and didn't pay enough attention to realize someone was in there. I feel like I'm crazy. He's been good friends with boy my boyfriend and his ex for so long. I was abused as a child. Maybe I'm projecting?
