Copper IUD removal

If you’ve had a copper iud removed how long did it take for your periods to go back to normal? My periods were normal when I had the paragaurd in but since I got it out last month my “period” has consisted of dark brown spotting not actual period blood and it’s so light that I only need a liner, and I’ve had no period symptoms which is abnormal for me… has anyone also experienced something similar? If so how long did it take for your cycle to go back to normal
