Before i book a doctors appointment can you let me know if it sounds serious or not?!

So, I started my period on the 9th oct and ended on the 14th oct. On the 19th oct I had intercourse, Then the next day (20th Oct) I started ovulating. Today (21st oct) I went for a wee, wiped and there was a streak of blood in my discharge. Now the worst thing to do is google things but there I was googling away 🤣🤔 Obviously came up with answers I did not want to see; cancer, pregnancy, chlamydia, gonorrhea etc. The next morning I did wake up with slight lower belly pain but me and my partner hardly ever do it anymore so not sure if my body is just not used to it now?! I overthink like crazy and now I’m sat here stressed about weather I have 1 of the 4 things google told me. I have been with my partner for 6 and a half years and I’ve never had an STI ( not that I know of ). Is it worth sticking it out for a few days and seeing if I get more blood in my discharge, order an STI test online, or book a GP appointment?

If any of you have had similar please put my mind at ease🤣

Oh btw, we started off without protection but towards the end we used protection🥴
