I’m 6 weeks today twins?

So in 6 weeks today.
This is my 7th pregnancy. I have shown sooner with all my kids. 
Even if I suck in my belly I still have a bump. Wondering if twins?

No. It doesn’t mean twins. You’re bloated.

Means nothing. I’m 18 weeks pregnant with twins and it’s my 3rd pregnancy. I’m barely showing at all. I don’t think how much you show is an indication of multiples, I’ve seen women who look like they’re having a whole football team and they only have one in there.
