AF/period clot normal?

I have PCOS so my periods are super irregular.
I have three week bleeds every other month. I bled for one week this month then ten days later started to bleed again (yes, all my checks are up to date). I’m on day 5 and I’ve just had this huge clot, is this normal? I’ve never had anything like this before
