Fertility window trying for a baby

Can this lead to pregnancy? Trying to conceive last few months but it’s not happening and I can’t track the fertility window as my husband and I work full time we are finding hard to follow the fertility days. We always miss out but this month we tried our best to do baby dance. Any advice on how to get pregnant quicker. And I’m taking some folic acid and other fertility vitamins but looks like nothing is working.
