Neighbors making noise

So since I moved in I notice my neighbor downstairs likes to throw parties and they are so ridiculously LOUD. Her and her friends hang around outside. The neighbor has sent noise reports of the last person to live in my unit and rumor has it that her and her kids were kicked out soon after. I’ve been here almost a year and this same neighbor has pulled me aside one day and asked me what’s all that noise I’m making. I thought it was just ironic because I don’t throw parties and we’re as quiet as a bird. I think she was accusing me for being loud because of a plate that I broke at like 2am. It was a literal accident. Maybe that startled her. Her guests leave at the latest, 12-1am from what I’ve seen so far. I even thought to myself surely it wouldn’t bug her as much that night I accidentally broke a plate. Besides, I’ve had 2 bulldogs for about 3 months and she didn’t say anything to me about that. I told her I gave them a new home and that I’m sure she doesn’t hear them barking anymore. She goes oh I love animals and that kind of noise don’t bother me. Those bullies I had were like lions roaring when they did bark. But this was way after she complained of me making noise. I doubt she’s reported me. We have a pretty good neighborly relationship. I just don’t know what to do if I’m implicated later? I’m all for people enjoying themselves. I don’t care noise. I just want to know what I should do if I’m ever accused of making noise because she will not hesitate to make noise complaints since she’s done it to the last residents..
