Acne help!

What would y’all recommend for skin that has

- Large pores

-Textured skin

-Combination skin

-Acne prone mainly inner corner nose and on chin

I’ve tried normal to dry cerave wash, panoxly wash, peach’s salicylic acid wash and vanicream wash

I’m also on birth control pills 2 different brands

Neither has helped with acne even before BC I had acne probably a lot more and few years back on medication for acne but never took cause it made me sick

I’m tired of my horrible skin condition
