Is this normal for breastfeeding poop

Hey ladies,

My little baby is a week old and is fully breastfeed. His poo was like diarrhea yellow and seedy. He has many wet and poo diapers. Today his yellow poo was a solid clump. He is not dehydrated as he takes 3 oz every 3 hrs. Is this normal one week old poo?
