Biopsy on lump

I’ve had a lump in my breast since 2021. And every year they check it and say it’s a fibroadenoma but it slightly grows every year.

I went for my annual breast ultrasound this year, and the doctor said that I should get a biopsy to prove that it’s just a fibroadenoma and then I won’t have to get annual check ups on it.

I have been avoiding getting the biopsy cause I’m nervous.

Has anyone gone through this or have any advice. ?
