Teens playing inappropriate music outside my door every weekend

There is this group of teenage boys in my apartment complex right next to me and every weekend they come out with their speaker to play music and make side walk art with chalk. Like very detailed art. They're all between 13 and 16. The issue is not all their songs are appropriate and I have a toddler who can hear it. I don't mind Kendrick Lamar, Olivia Rodrigo or Sabrina Carpenter but I don't let me toddler listen to it. They were blasting not like us by Kendrick Lamar. They were all practically screaming take him back that Olivia Rodrigo song and my toddler recently started saying motherf**** most likely from their music. I've spoken to the office about it. They said it's during day time hours so they aren't doing anything wrong. Spoke to parents. I felt brushed off and nothing changed. I'm not really sure what to do. I'm a single woman and don't really feel comfortable going to confront a group of young men. I thought maybe I could call the non emergency number and have an officer talk to them but what do I say "A bunch of punks are playing their music too loud and making my daughter curse?" I want that to be my last option. Well actually confronting them will be my last option. I need other options
