Unexplained infertility

A few years back I had tests done because I was struggling to conceive, all that came back was that I had the equivelent of varicose veins either side of my ovaries, but nothing to indicate why I was having issues. I have since broken up with my partner at that time and still stuck unable to conceive. I am 37 now and really losing hope. I already have a child so my body worked before, I don't know where to turn, Drs will not help me get any further tests/answers/treatment without a partner and I am scared that by the time I do it will be too late to even bother seeking treatments. I am so depressed. Is there any hope? Has anyone else dealt with unexplained secondary infertility? I have noticed I don't seem to get fertile cervical mucus and seem to fight a constant battle between BV and thrush as well
