When in doubt, just go to the hospital! Take advice on this app very lightly!! What worked for someone else may not work for you !!!! I was 6cm dilated when i arrive here last night contractions 2 minutes apart. she was born 40 minutes later !!! They were 8-9 minutes apart at home then quickly was 4-5 within 20 minutes.
