Caught an STI

So my long term boyfriend gave me Chlamydia and genital warts. I know I got them from him as he's the only person I've been with. He's adamant that it's not from him. I know these things can lay dormant but to get both at the same time to me equals he cheated. He was away for months for work at the time.
