Painful gas bubbles sign of early pregnancy?

I have a week before I can test but last night I got sharp shooting pains in the left side of my abdomen and couldn't take deep breaths. It lasted all night, I couldn't stretch out and kept myself slightly elevated. This morning I woke up, went to the bathroom and it *poof* disappeared. I've had gas pains like this before but they only lasted a few minutes. I've had creamy CM since ovulation ended, bbt reached 99.14 this morning (granted I took it after I peed so not sure how accurate it was but it's been at a solid 98 otherwise). It briefly came back earlier but only for a minute. Long story short, have you ever experienced this as an early pregnancy symptom or am I just having some indigestion?
