Prolonged period

Hey guys, can someone give me some advice please?

So basically I got the implant at the start of February this year and before the implant my periods lasted the normal seven days.

A few months after I got the implant my periods only really lasted about four days but then they decided to last 10 days and they have ever since but currently I am almost at three weeks of bleeding from my October period (It’s now November).

At first, it was the week long period as usual and I thought it had stopped but I started heavy bleeding again along with some pretty painful cramps and since then it has happened another time.

I’m not sure whether I should be going to the doctors or if this is just normal implant behaviour. Please tell me what you would do or if this has happened.

Knowing my luck though, If I was to book a doctor’s appointment, my period would decide that’s enough and waste my time.. 🙄
