Are my chances super low of conception

Sperm lasts 3 to 5 days and after your first positive opk you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours. So you still have a chance

Ovulation takes place 12-36 hours after a positive LH surge, and lasts 6-12 hours (sometimes 24 with the release of two ova-spaced 24hrs apart). I’d say that depending on the quality of your CF when you initially had sex 3 days before you got your positive that you’ve had sex in a fertile window! 🥚⏲️ Definitely cutting it close to the end though 🏁🤷‍♀️ just my opinion though!
