Little bit of blood

Hello lovelies! So my period is a week late and just to be safe I put a tampon in. I have been having a lot of cramping and sore nipples lately? Is this little bit of blood implantation bleeding or is my period just starting? I'm not sure so I figured I'd ask on here❤️
