Miscarriage, normal blood clots or something serious?

My period came 8 days early, originally due today. This is the 9th day of bleeding. I have never passed clots like this before, I’m having to push them out and I’m having a lot of stomach pain. I’m currently on the phone to the GP to see if they can get me in for an appointment and an ultrasound referral as recommended by my online private doctor.

Please let me know your opinions. TIA!
