Implantation? Negative test?

Been TTC for nearly 3 years husband as 5% morphology so been referred for fertility treatment. Anyway I’m not due a period until Saturday so 4 days, had cramps for 2 days now. Tests look negative though so not very hopeful. I had a positive ovulation test so according to that I’m 10dpo now. I don’t usually get an early period I’m cycle day 23 now and my cycles usually last 28-30 days so this would be very early for me. X
