How often did your Dr say you can use your fetal Doppler?

I want to know what doctors are saying is a safe amount of usage please.  My husband won't let me use mine often because he is worried. I am almost 14 weeks and when I use it I find the heartbeat quick so I don't use it for more then a minute or 2 total.

I use mine every morning. It's become a ritual with the baby and I. I'll talk to him and find his heartbeat! I don't know what I'm having yet, but I swear it is a boy! 4 more weeks until we find out!! This is our rainbow baby so the Doppler gives me peace of mind every day!

I asked my doctor too lol she said as much as you want but it may be a bad idea because if for some reason I can't find the heartbeat I may panick.

Just asked my doc this on Wednesday!!! I was worried lol she said there is no limit u can use it often!! (: I use it about twice a week this is my rainbow baby and I want to hear it's heartbeat and lower my anxiety!!
