Pls give advice!

I just need someone to help me put my mind at ease or something!!

I’m currently 9DPO. I tested this morning was negative (I know it’s a bit early but the TWW was killing me) Last night I had some cramping. Went on about my day got home from work this afternoon and there’s some spotting?? Nothing major just like three dots and it wasn’t bright red it was more brown. Had nothing else when wiping so I assume it was only for a little bit today. Sorry for the story

My question is could it be implantation bleeding?? I know not everyone gets it and from what I’ve been told it’s actually not that common. We have been trying for a year now so I’m really praying and hoping!
