Spotting everyday

Hi - I’m about 6 weeks pregnant and ever since my implantation bleeding two weeks ago, I’ve spotted every single day. It’s a mix of red, brown, and pink throughout the day (no clots) and not enough to soak a pad (but enough to worry). A week ago, I had bad cramping and went to urgent care in fear it was an ectopic pregnancy, but they suspected I was miscarrying instead. However, after repeated bloodwork over the past week, my hcg levels continue to rise steadily, indicating I may have a healthy pregnancy. But I have no idea why I’m bleeding every day! Has this happened to anyone else? The cramping has subsided and I have no other pregnancy symptoms, but I was also symptom-free in my first trimester with my son years ago.

After a year of trying, male infertility, and a miscarriage, I’m trying to stay hopeful but bleeding everyday is just so concerning! Thanks to anyone for their insight!
