What’s a comfortable shoe for women ?

I have feet problems my feet always kill me because I walk to much at work i work at a schoool .. I always buy shoes that hurt me and my feet. I don’t know any good shoes out there that are comfortable and not that expensive.. like any Nike or adidas shoes , or sketchers.? I need help buying a darn shoe and mostly like black or grey shoe that matches clothes.. not reallly white because I’m always steppping on dirt a
