Vaginal bleeding
I have been spotting and mostly cramping like period cramps for two days. This happened after I had sex with my husband. But it wasn’t anything unusual and too hard to create these symptoms. This same thing happened a week ago. Bleeding considered heavy spotting. I needed a pantry liner. What could it be?
