HELP PLEASE

okay so, two questions: a) how can i get my daughter to stop SCREAMING while she’s in her car seat. b) my daughter keeps waking up very often throughout the night during her sleep. when i try to comfort her she just slaps me away and cries harder. i still breastfeed and she’s 13 months old 🥲. please help
